PRAISE JUNE 4: REMEMBER

So what if you don’t feel like praising because you’re in a tough situation. Do you postpone?… So if you postpone, will the devil be waiting for you to come back to normal self before he attacks?🤔 No. You have to do something.

Today I urge you to do one thing to praise. REMEMBER! Remember the things God has done for you. Remember from where he has moved you. Remember God’s goodness. Do not just remember and stop at that. Remember and praise him.

Psalm 136 recounts the things that Gid has done since the beginning of time. Every time the psalmist mentions God’s doing, they praise: God’s love endures forever.

God is offended when we don’t purpose to remember his deeds upon our lives.

Our ancestors in Egypt did not attend to your wonders. They did not remember your great love; they defiled the most high at the Red Sea. Psalm 106:7

But they soon forgot all he had done; they had no patience for his plan. In the desert they gave way to their cravings, tempted God in the wasteland. So he gave them what they asked and sent among them a wasting disease. Psalm 106:13-15
